A Month Out - From RR loss
It's been a month since the #RomneyRyan team lost a winnable election. #WI uniquely was able to reagin our State Senate and pick up a seat in the house; while giving O and Baldwin wins. Think about that. The State that increased it's vote for @GovWalker just 5 months prior.
The nation looks at #WI politicals as rock stars. Well we were the only State that O won that had a pick up of a chamber. We were only State the O won that had gains in both chambers. We picked up a seat in the house and the senate.
-I guess that is kind of Mini Rock Star ish.
We had about 800,000 fewer votes for the legislature than the POTUS. Democrats are much less likely to finish the ballot.
@GovWalker did push back against the O Care exchange.
On to voter ID , we are one of 8 states that has same day registration. It's either that or motor voter per federal regulation. So easier said than done getting rid of SDR. You would have to have a complete Motor Voter system.

Wisconsin Welcomes Paul Ryan Home
I've had the honor to talk to Paul Ryan many times over the last 3 years; you can see my previous story in my blog dated June 23. Here we are on Monday 8/13/12 we are all still letting it soak in. @PaulRyanVP is going to be the next VPOTUS.
Yesterday #WI welcomed Paul home. He broke into tears as he approached the 13,000 family members cheering and weeping themselves. He thanked us and said it's good to be home. I say family because that is how we see Paul, and what Paul said yesterday; we are all family. I consider our inner political circle here in #WI family, and I know that's how my friends also feel. I consider Paul a friend and family, he first called me by my first name in 2010 while I was working for Becky. In my previous story you will see where he called me by my last name, I think that is what guys do with friends. I have many guy friends and many of us use the last name as kind of a term of endearment.
I remember one great story that goes to how our female friends look to Paul, basically they kind of melt in his presence. I think it is how I and some other guys look at Sarah Palin; smart and HOT! - Oh back to the story, I found my self being the official photographer for the gals to get their picture with Paul.
The story is about Paul saying to one of our female friends who said, Bill take my picture with Paul, as she handed me her camera and then put her arm around Paul; Paul says to her,"____ don't you have like 100 pictures with me already?" She didn't even hear him say that, she just smiled ear to ear. I think this is one of his humble traits.

In a humble tone yesterday as Paul introduced his friends Scott Walker, Reince Priebus and Ron Johnson. "We're just guys from 'Tosa, Kenosha, Oshkosh, and Janesville." This is the beautiful part of #WI politics, we demonstrate how anyone can go and serve the people. With a true servants heart.
I've talked to Paul 10 different times or so, and let me tell you this is one normal, cool guy.
Just ask the ladies in the 1st district.

Get Ahead Of The Curve-Get On Twitter
I have a few observations, it seems I'm ahead of the curve many times. Go back a few week ends to #RO12, Right Online 2012 Conference, where the theme 'The New Media' was at the forefront. @MichelleMalkin and @SarahPalinUSA where just two of the many awesome speakers who told us that the importance of the 'New Media' could not be over stated. Specifically @Twitter.
Now go back a year and six months to mid January early February of 2011, as soon as we left the Inaugural Ball for Scott and Becky we were at a political lull in #WI kind of like we are nowafter the #ReWin June 5th. What I did at that time in 2011 was start to go teach @Twitter to different groups like the 912 patriots and the Ozaukee Patriots,was even asked to present at a WI Majority activist training. I was coming in to tell them the importance of social media in general but also specifically @Twitter.
My idea was to two fold teach @Twitter and bring all the different groups into one mission, working together to #DefeatObama2012. Well there I was ahead of the curve. (patting self on back)(remember a pat on the back is only two feet from a kick in the ass) so to bring this to the current time in history, a few days ago at work I told a colleague that the front door wasn't going to swing for 125 days and then only if we #DefeatObama2012. I was 'Ahead Of The Curve.'
More evidence of being ahead of the curve, yesterday I called a commercial building contractor friend of mine, who I had given a bid for the ceramic tile floors in the Mens and Ladies bathrooms of a new office being planned for a local well know company in Racine County. So my friend Jim answered the phone, "Jim, how did we do on the bid?" he says,"good and bad, the good part is you came in $35.00 lower than the other tile guy I had bid, and we came in with the winning proposal, but after the Healthcare decision, the owner of the company told me he is holding off until after the November election."
This isn't rocket science, if I can see these signs anyone can. We need to be 'Ahead Of The Curve' and #DefeatObama2012 or we can kiss our country good bye.

For example yesterday #BettingOnAmerica was hijacked in fine style, the www.tweetdeck.com feed for #BettingOnAmerica was running so fast you had to scroll down to stop it and read it. If your not Twitter savvy and are wondering what the heck I'm talking about, let me tell you get on the bandwagon. You are missing so much fun.
What is happening is we, the T-Party, Conservatives and Independents are owning @twitter. Oblahblah can't put out a Tweet any more with out us taking over the #Hashtag or reinventing it to suit our mantra. This is so much fun, and the best part is you can literally see the "Lefts" heads pop off. They can not stand toe to toe with us in any debate that includes facts or lord help humor.
